Marie Tracey
Marie has been very fortunate to have worked in varied areas of human service sectors around the country, creating a diverse portfolio of experiences. Marie has often been considered as our go-to woman where problem solving complexities was required. There is rarely an experience or scenario Marie hasn’t been familiar with, however in the rare case that she is, she has an extensive consultation network. Marie is passionate about people and seeing them thrive.
Marie's experience includes working with people from vastly different spaces, places and environments.
These include emergency departments and intensive care units in hospitals, working with serving members and veterans from all three defence services including special forces; working with people who have experienced inpatient admissions, people who are/were incarcerated; children and adults who are or have experienced child protection systems, people participating within disability services systems, and private practice counselling to name a few.
Marie has managed teams in various settings and is well experienced in the provision of supervision to social workers, psychologists, counsellors and other frontline human service sector workers.
Marie also has a particular passion for writing and delivering training and education sessions to groups of all sizes. Emotional Intelligence, Coping and Resilience are the building blocks of who we are.
